A few large piles of rock spread around the parking lot

Behind he empty building there is a steep hill with rows of rocks going up which is great crawling for all scales. on the left side of the building there's a small patch of smaller rocks that is also great crawling bu only for mini/micro.

There's a large drainage ditch that is mostly dry most of the time, great crawling for all scales. I recommend going when they are closed to not get bothered by salesmen.

This is a very nice small park with a creek running through, he best crawling is all the way at the very back of the park down in the creek, very steep uphill climbing (once you're down in the creek) and water crossings.
