Fred is Great to deal with... he is personable... I've had good dealings with Fred in the past.
Now the other Grumpy old man that works there... Forget it... Not sure if he was having a bad day or what... I almost walked out the other day and didn't purchase what I wanted... But I needed it so I spent my $90 and left... I am to the point where if I need something local and I do go there I am going to call first to see if Fred is working... Otherwise I'll shop elsewhere...
Nice place, lots of stock on Traxxas, Redcat, and other brands. Staff was helpful, and found everything I was looking for. Prices were right in-line with most online shops thanks to MAP across the industry, which is good for physical stores. Support your local hobby shops. They matter!
Great if you are into model planes and cars, not so great if you are into model trains.
Bill and Fred went out their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Excellent customer service!
