Their web site advertises a "brick and moartar experience". This is a lie. They are an online-only shop and their address is for picking up products only.
Great online Hobby Shop. Order online & pickup in store!
Be aware of the store hours. Placed an order on a Thursday for customer pickup on Friday. I guess no one is there on Friday!!. Says they ship Monday thru Friday. How can this be when the place is closed on Friday. I have ordered from them several times in the past. They just got my last one.
Great experience knowledgable staff.
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to call them for over an hour to give them lots of money to purchase holiday gifts. They can't even be bothered to pick up the phone, it keeps dumping me into leave a message and well get back to you. God Forbid if i needed to call them for support or something else. The sales people won't even pickup. crazy
Okay here is my message: "I will spend my money elsewhere and you will go out of business if you keep ignoring customers who want to do business with you. "
