A few months ago I decided to get into the drone business and found Atlanta Hobby online. I was impressed with the reviews and decided to sign up for the flight school. Best decision ever! The class was so fun and the hands on flying had me hooked. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and there for you beyond the 2 day class. I've been to the shop a few times since, and have found that they are more than willing to help with any questions or demonstrate hands on with my drone if I need it. I also took their part 107 online Gold Seal prep class and passed the test the first time, it was a great prep course! I would highly recommend Atlanta Hobby to anyone looking to get in the drone business, or to just fly for fun. Thanks to all of you for giving me foundation and confidence I needed to start my new career. Gwen Shemaria

Just called them a few minutes ago. Some gentleman by the name of Cliff I talked to. He was a nice gentleman and helped me. I have a Dji Spark. While it is really nice, I'd like to get into FPV drone racing. It seems awesome because I have watched many youtube videos on it. I would also like to go the drone school but I live almost 2 hours away and while it would be great, it is just really far away for me and my schedule. I might come during the week or weekends if I have days off. Anyway I look forward to visiting this store and school soon if I can! Maybe I could meet other tech geek teens like me who love this hobby. While it is expensive, it is worthwhile because of the immersive experience and absolute thrill and fun you can have.

I’m usually not a review writer but I went in here to get a simple set of props for a big name drone the other day, I waited for 15 mins at the counter while employees stood 2 feet away talking to each other and then walked away, finally 2 more mins someone asked if I needdd help, I asked for what I needed and he just said “no most drones now a days use proprietary props” without looking, asking or offering to order them.... not a millisecond of thought before it was a no. That would be a great building for a drone and drone parts store though

I took both the online 107 class and the in person UAV Experts flight school. I was overwhelmed by their patience, knowledge and professionalism. I knew nothing about flight rules and procedure before the online class and had only played around with my drone before flight class. I now have my UAV commercial license and feel extremely comfortable flying and using my UAV for work. I strongly recommend!
