This is a good place to go if you're into higher-end RC controlled vehicles. Not the best place to go to if you're looking for a cheap RC controlled drone our car for your 12 year old. Staff seems fairly knowledgeable and is helpful.
Great for the R/C enthusiast but be ready to pay. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Need parts or repair they can help.
Bought a flight controller, overpaid by 20 bucks, got it home, plugged it in and it doesn't work. Brought it back the next day and was told to come back 2 days later to have someone else look at it. Came back 2 days later and was told it was bad and I should call their vendor and there is nothing they can do......wow.....now I know for sure I'll be shopping online from this day forward. Thanks
Thanks for the reply Byron, I appreciate it. I had no problem with your policy, in fact I agree with it. The issue I had was being told that I needed to call Horizon myself and if I hurried up and did it then I'd probably only have to wait on hold with them for 20 minutes or so....not once was there any attempt to help me on that end. It felt like like I was on my own, so rather get even more frustrated I just left, went home and ordered a replacement online.
Great knowledge on RC cars and parts, especially if you're a beginner like me.
Just a great place. They were very knowledgeable and they are the real deal. Very happy with our purchase. We were visiting from Canada and just looking for a birthday gift for our 9yr old. The traxxas rustler will do nicely! They even raced in the parking lot with us.
