We had a fun day of kayaking and paddle boarding. The water was warm and the treeline along the shore gave us shade. A great, quiet place to vacation.
IT'S A REALLY NICE PLACE AND ITS REALLY CLEAN AND THERES SHOWERS TO CLEAN YOURSELF AND THE WEATHER IS GOOD AND ITS CHEAP
Great campground! There is also a day-use section for those who are looking to go for one day. Both the campground and day-use have ramps to launch boats and docks for fishing. The campground has both camper and tent spots and all the camper spots have water and electricity hookups. Most camper spots also have sewage hookups. Every section has a bathhouse with showers and toilets for public use. The bathhouses are very clean, so that's definitely a plus. There is a small shop to rent canoes, kayaks, and other small boats as well as to buy food or water. The campground is clean and the staff and volunteers are very friendly and there are lots of kids around so your kids can easily make friends!
Great place for camping! Beautiful view, your own table and grill available next to the lake, super clean. Flushing bathrooms and hot showers. Compared to other places this is the best, nice staff too! Seems like they do get a lot of visitors so it will be good to call and reserve. They are not to strict about quiet hours which I found good, not that we were loud, but I’ve been different places where you can even be talking after 7 or 8pm
Every Spring we initiate our camping season with a week at this campground. It is beautiful, peaceful, extremely clean and all the park attendants are friendly and helpful.
