It takes less than 15 minutes to get there after you get off the highway. Take Hwy85 to the Camden exit and head West toward the mountains on Camden then take Hicks Road up to the damn. You'll see the rocks right along the side of the road near the spillway. I've made it so you can crawl from rock to rock all along there going one way then back the other. Also many lines from ground level on both sides of these rocks to crawl up. Park right next to the rocks or there is a large turn-out about 100 feet further on the right.
