Great place. Been going there for hobby supplies for years.
Customer service in the store was ok, on the phone and facebook responses are rude. Purchased a "waterproof" rc truck and first time through a puddle the electronics shorted out. Called and asked what kind of warranty there was and all the guy said on the phone was "well we dont take returns". I wasnt asking for a return, jus if there was a warranty through them or if I needed to contact manufacturer yet all I got was a snarky response

The chunky guy with glasses is as nice as can be an actually knows his stuff but the other guy in there td was a straight up d””ck! Worst customer service I’ve had yet 😐
For a small store it's jam packed full of models, RC too much to list, educational toys, games, puzzles, and top quality supplies as well as hard to find supplies for model building. Been shopping here for years and it's one of my favorite local stores!
