HOW TO FIND: Hicks rd takes too long so go down Almaden expy. all the way down and make a right on Almaden. Almaden turns into Alamitos. You will take a nice ride through an old town and then just after the reservoir, make a right on Hicks rd. Plenty of parking at the intersection. Step down into the creek, you can go up the creek with many waterfalls as far as you can go. I did not go any further due to the heavy brush at the end. I went back home using Hicks and saw more of the creek with more rocks, but no where to park. HISTORY: Looks like it was just made for a creek re-structure. Make sure no workers are there, looks like they are planting endangered trees.
