I enjoyed my experience at RC Hobby Shop. The service there was very helpful. The staff took his time explaining upgrade choices for my Traxxas Slash 4x4. I highly recommend checking out this store.
This place is awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable and are willing to help with everything. I’ve had a problem with my gear and Traxxas was spot on with response. I would recommend anyone to come to the shop and by your trucks or cars here. Thanks Rc hobby shop for the awesome experience!
Visited this place today in a semi-panic after being unable to charge the battery to power a small Proboat Catamaran I've had for years. I had lost the original charger and purchased a basic "universal" one online, which of course didn't work with the tiny plug these little 7.2v batteries use. The boat's always a big hit in the pool on the 4th of July so I was keen to get it operational. I'm by no means an R/C expert and don't know all the lingo, but both employees were very cordial and helpful. The gentleman, whose name I did not get, provided a perfect charging solution and the boat was once again a big hit. I will certainly visit this store again if I'm need of some future R/C stuff.
Glad to still have a lulu-lala land place to shop and buy in. #!$%ing internet killed most hobby shops. And no, I don't feel safer with an armed citizenry.
I came in with some problems with my Chevy blazer, and left with it like new. The customer service is very good, and informal.
